Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed

  • 1 apple, cored and diced

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1/2 cup orange juice (for extra flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fresh fruits: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon, apple, and banana.

  • If desired, drizzle the orange juice over the fruit and gently toss to combine.

  • If you prefer a touch of sweetness, drizzle with honey and toss again to evenly coat the fruit.

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added color and freshness.

  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving for a cooler, more refreshing dish.

Notes

You can customize the fruit selection based on what’s in season or your personal preference. Try adding kiwi, grapes, or peaches!

This fruit salad can be made a few hours ahead of time, but for the best texture, it’s best served fresh If you need a dairy option, you can add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top when serving.
