Ingredients

							Scale

			- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup bread crumbs
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 8 oz pasta
 - 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
 - Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
 - In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
 - In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
 - Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks. Place the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken pieces and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 5-6 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
 - While the chicken cooks, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
 - In the same skillet used for the chicken, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir frequently until the cream thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
 - Serve the creamy Parmesan pasta topped with the crispy chicken bites. Garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use whole wheat breadcrumbs and low-fat cream.
 - Feel free to add some steamed broccoli or spinach to the pasta for extra veggies.
 - This dish can be served with a side of garlic bread or a simple green salad.
