Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend in the dry flour mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
