Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, stir melted butter and sugar together. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking powder; stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in the mashed banana.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
