These Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones are a fun and delicious twist on the classic banana pudding dessert. Creamy cheesecake filling with ripe mashed bananas is paired with crunchy vanilla wafers and served in a sweet sugar cone. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 6 sugar cones

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Fold in the mashed bananas and crushed vanilla wafers.
  • Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture into each sugar cone, pressing gently to pack the filling.
  • Place the filled cones in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can top the cones with extra crushed vanilla wafers or fresh banana slices before serving for added texture and flavor.
  • These cones can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
