Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the mashed bananas and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture into each sugar cone, pressing gently to pack the filling.
- Place the filled cones in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
