Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened. Set aside.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the banana pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spoon the cheesecake-pudding mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  • Top with sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set

Notes

  • You can use other fresh fruit, such as blueberries or raspberries, to customize the topping.
  • If you prefer a firmer cheesecake filling, allow the cups to chill overnight.
  • You can also use a store-bought pudding mix for a quicker preparation.
