These Biscoff Dessert Cups are a creamy and decadent treat featuring a Biscoff cookie crust, rich cream cheese filling, and a drizzle of Biscoff spread on top. They are quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion when you’re craving something sweet and indulgent.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Biscoff spread for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of dessert cups to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the dessert cups on top of the crust.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving, drizzle Biscoff spread on top of each dessert cup.
