- 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Biscoff spread for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of dessert cups to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the dessert cups on top of the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, drizzle Biscoff spread on top of each dessert cup.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookies on top before serving.
- If you prefer a sweeter crust, you can add a bit more powdered sugar to the cookie-butter mixture.
