This Chocolate Mint Pie is a decadent dessert with a creamy mint filling, nestled in a rich chocolate wafer crust. Perfectly balanced with a hint of mint and a smooth, velvety texture, it’s sure to be a hit at any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 32 marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creme de menthe
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a pie pan to form the crust.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and marshmallows until melted. Remove from heat and add creme de menthe. Allow the mixture to cool.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mint mixture. Add green food coloring if desired.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
