- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 32 marshmallows
- 1/2 cup creme de menthe
- 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions
- Combine chocolate wafer crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a pie pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and marshmallows until melted. Remove from heat and add creme de menthe. Allow the mixture to cool.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mint mixture. Add green food coloring if desired.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
