Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

- Cut the remaining can of cinnamon rolls into pieces and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cheesecake is set.
