Instructions

  • Press one can of cinnamon rolls into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

  • Cut the remaining can of cinnamon rolls into pieces and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cheesecake is set.
