Description

This creamy and indulgent cottage cheese vanilla mousse is a perfect balance of rich flavor and light texture. Sweetened naturally with honey or maple syrup and infused with aromatic vanilla, it makes a delightful, guilt-free dessert that’s sure to please.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, add the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate shavings, if desired.
