Description

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Ingredients

  • Combine Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until well combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
  • Form the Balls:
    • Using your hands, take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
  • Coat the Balls:

  • Chill:
    • Place the coconut balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
