- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup water
- Popsicle molds
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the fruit, honey or agave nectar, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles.
