Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as berries, kiwi, and mango)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
  • In a blender, combine the fruit, honey or agave nectar, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Once frozen, run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles.
  • Enjoy your refreshing fruit popsicles!

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use agave nectar or maple syrup instead of honey.
  • You can use any fruit you like—try adding banana, pineapple, or coconut for a tropical twist.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, small paper cups work just as well.
