Description

This rich and creamy low-carb chocolate cottage cheese mousse is the perfect guilt-free treat. With a silky texture and just the right amount of sweetness, it’s the ideal dessert for anyone craving chocolate while staying on track with their health goals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (preferably full-fat for creaminess)
  • 12 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (adjust to taste)
  • 12 tsp powdered sweetener of choice (such as erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp melted dark chocolate for extra richness

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or cocoa powder as desired.
  • If using, stir in the melted dark chocolate until well combined.

 

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a colder, firmer mousse.

Notes

  • You can customize the sweetness level to your preference, adding more or less sweetener depending on taste.
