Description

This No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake is the ultimate dessert for Oreo lovers! With a creamy, dreamy filling made from cream cheese and whipped cream, combined with the crunch of crushed Oreos, all sitting on a buttery Oreo cookie crust, this dessert is indulgent and simple to make. Perfect for any occasion, especially when you’re short on time but craving something sweet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra Oreo flavor, top the cheesecake with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
  • If you prefer a firmer texture, refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.
  • You can also make mini cheesecakes by using individual cups or a muffin tin.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened for smooth mixing
