Description

These warm and fluffy strawberry cinnamon rolls are the perfect sweet treat. With the burst of fresh strawberries and a cinnamon-sugar swirl, topped with a creamy glaze, they’re sure to be a breakfast favorite or dessert delight!


Ingredients

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
  • Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix well.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread diced strawberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
  • Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
  • Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make glaze.
  • Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.

Notes

  • You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
  • To make the rolls extra soft, make sure to cover them while rising.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the glaze depending on your preference.
