- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 2 (3 oz) packages of strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (10 oz) packages of frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then stir in frozen strawberries. Let set briefly, then pour over cream cheese layer. Chill until set.
