Description

These adorable Strawberry Santas are a fun, no-bake holiday treat made with juicy strawberries and fluffy whipped cream! They’re quick to make, naturally sweet, and absolutely delightful on any Christmas dessert table. Perfect for kids, parties, or a festive snack you can make in minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries (choose large, evenly shaped ones)

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 12 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Mini chocolate chips or black sesame seeds (for eyes)

  • Optional: small candies or sprinkles for buttons

Instructions

  • Prep the strawberries:
Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the stem end so each berry stands flat. Slice off the pointed tip (about ¼ of the berry) to make Santa’s “hat.”

  • Make the whipped cream:
In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.

  • Assemble the Santas:
Pipe a swirl of whipped cream on the flat base of the strawberry for the “face and beard.” Place the strawberry top back on as the hat and add a small dot of whipped cream on the tip.

  • Decorate the face:
Use mini chocolate chips or sesame seeds for eyes. Optional: add two small whipped cream buttons on the front.

  • Chill or serve immediately:
Best served fresh! If making ahead, keep them chilled for up to 2 hours.

Notes

You can use store-bought whipped cream, but homemade holds shape better.

Want more flavor? Add a tiny bit of cream cheese to the whipped cream for a tangy twist!

Great as a cute edible craft with kids.
