Description

These Mini Pepperoni Cheese Chips are the perfect snack for any pizza lover! With only two main ingredients, they’re crispy, cheesy, and topped with mini pepperoni. A quick and easy low-carb treat that’s full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (80g) low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 48 slices (21g) mini pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan.
  • Spoon 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup.
  • Lightly press the cheese down into the cups, then top with 3 slices of mini pepperoni on each.
  • Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over each cup for added flavor.
  • Place the muffin pan in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are dark golden brown.
  • Let the chips cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
  • Serve warm, perhaps with marinara sauce for dipping.
