Ingredients
For the wraps:
-
1 lb ground beef
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
-
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
-
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
-
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
-
½ cup diced pickles
-
½ small onion, finely diced (optional)
For the Big Mac sauce:
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard
-
2 tsp sweet pickle relish
-
1 tsp white vinegar
-
½ tsp paprika
-
¼ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
-
Make the Big Mac sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Adjust to taste and refrigerate while prepping the rest. -
Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess grease. -
Assemble the wraps:
Warm tortillas slightly (microwave or skillet) to make them pliable. Spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Top with cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, and diced onion. -
Wrap & toast (optional):
Fold the sides in and roll into a burrito-style wrap. For extra flavor and structure, toast the wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. -
Serve:
Slice in half and serve with extra sauce or fries on the side!
Notes
-
For a low-carb version, use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas.
-
Ground turkey or plant-based crumbles work great as substitutes.
