Description

These Big Mac Wraps are everything you love about the iconic fast-food burger—savory beef, melty cheese, crunchy lettuce, tangy pickles, and that famous Big Mac sauce—wrapped up in a warm tortilla! A quick and satisfying lunch or dinner you can whip up in 20 minutes flat. Crowd-pleaser? Oh yeah.

Ingredients

Scale

For the wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

  • ½ cup diced pickles

  • ½ small onion, finely diced (optional)

For the Big Mac sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Adjust to taste and refrigerate while prepping the rest.

  2. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess grease.

  3. Assemble the wraps:
Warm tortillas slightly (microwave or skillet) to make them pliable. Spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Top with cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, and diced onion.

  4. Wrap & toast (optional):
Fold the sides in and roll into a burrito-style wrap. For extra flavor and structure, toast the wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

  5. Serve:
Slice in half and serve with extra sauce or fries on the side!

Notes

  • For a low-carb version, use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas.

  • Ground turkey or plant-based crumbles work great as substitutes.

  • Want to meal prep? Cook the beef and make the sauce ahead—assembly takes 5 minutes!
