Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

  • Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the gnocchi is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
