Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
