This Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a cheesy, comforting dinner with all the flavor of traditional lasagna but none of the hassle! Layers of frozen ravioli, marinara, and gooey cheese come together effortlessly in your slow cooker. It’s a perfect family-friendly meal for busy weeknights or cozy weekends!
Ingredients

1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli (no need to thaw)

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese (optional, for creamy layers)

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in the Italian seasoning and pasta sauce. Heat through.

Layer in the crockpot:

Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a greased slow cooker.

Add a single layer of frozen ravioli.

Spoon some of the meat sauce over the ravioli.

If using ricotta, dollop some over the sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.

Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use spinach or beef ravioli for added variety.
Add a layer of sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
Can be made ahead in the slow cooker and started later.
