- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, or until garlic is fragrant.

- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the steak is heated through and well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra richness, you can add a splash of white wine or beef broth to the sauce.
- Feel free to use a different cut of steak, like ribeye or tenderloin, for a more tender bite.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
