Description

These tender, juicy steak bites are cooked to perfection and smothered in a rich and creamy Parmesan garlic butter sauce. This dish is a savory, indulgent treat perfect for any special occasion or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak bites and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, or until garlic is fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the steak is heated through and well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra richness, you can add a splash of white wine or beef broth to the sauce.
  • Feel free to use a different cut of steak, like ribeye or tenderloin, for a more tender bite.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
