Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
