  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

 

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Pour in the beef broth and add the dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
