Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the feta cheese into rectangular strips.
  • Dredge each strip in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the feta rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a small saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes together until well combined.
