4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the olive oil mixture over them.

Add chicken broth, Kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes to the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
