Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  • Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.
