- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- If you want extra cheesy goodness, sprinkle some additional mozzarella on top before baking.
