Description

These stuffed mushrooms are a perfect appetizer or side dish, filled with a savory mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Baked to perfection, they make a delicious and easy bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
