Instructions

- Separate cinnamon rolls and set icing aside.
- Flatten each cinnamon roll and roll them up.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip each cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, coating evenly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Drizzle with icing and serve with maple syrup.
