- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
