- 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon toast cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Separate biscuits and cut each into thirds. Roll each piece into a 3-inch rope.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each rope into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Tie each rope into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed cinnamon toast cereal over the knots.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, drizzle a bit of icing over the knots once they’ve cooled slightly.
- You can substitute the cinnamon toast cereal with any other crunchy cereal of your choice if preferred.
