Description

These Cinnamon Crunch Knots are a delightful twist on classic cinnamon rolls, made using refrigerated buttermilk biscuits. With their crunchy cinnamon toast cereal topping and warm, buttery interior, these sweet treats are perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a quick snack. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon toast cereal

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Separate biscuits and cut each into thirds. Roll each piece into a 3-inch rope.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each rope into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Tie each rope into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle crushed cinnamon toast cereal over the knots.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, drizzle a bit of icing over the knots once they’ve cooled slightly.
  • You can substitute the cinnamon toast cereal with any other crunchy cereal of your choice if preferred.
