Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon zest.
- Mix the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the tuna balls in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per batch).
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce or your favorite side dish.
