Instructions

Cook the beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Season the beef: Add the taco seasoning mix and follow the instructions on the packet, usually adding a bit of water. Stir and simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, salsa, and lime juice. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
