- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until the batter is well combined.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop the batter into the hot oil in small portions.
- Fry the bites for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the funnel cake bites from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
