- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped cabbage, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is wilted.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
