This Keto Beef Cabbage Roll Casserole combines all the flavors of classic cabbage rolls in a low-carb, cheesy casserole. With ground beef, tender cabbage, and a rich tomato sauce, it’s a hearty, healthy dish that fits perfectly into a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped cabbage, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is wilted.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
