- 1 tsp paprika (regular or smoked)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce (or to taste)
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into chunks)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Toss the chicken thighs in the mixture until fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: While the chicken is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes (if using) and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the parmesan cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
- Coat the Chicken: Once the chicken skewers are done, remove them from the air fryer and drizzle the garlic parmesan sauce over the skewers. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Feel free to use chicken breasts instead of thighs, but adjust the cooking time as they will cook faster.
