Description

These Crack Chicken Tenders are a deliciously creamy and savory dish, coated with a rich mixture of ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon. Baked to perfection, they are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  • Coat each chicken tender in the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lower-fat version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and skip the bacon or use turkey bacon.
  • Serve with a side of veggies or over a bed of rice for a more complete meal.
  • You can prepare the coating mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
