- 4 croissants

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the French onion soup mix. Form into patties.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness.
- In a skillet, sauté the sliced onion in butter until caramelized.
- Toast the croissants until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese and a generous amount of caramelized onions.
