Description

These Lamb Sliders with Dill Greek Yogurt are packed with savory flavors from ground lamb, feta cheese, and fresh herbs, paired with a tangy dill-infused Greek yogurt sauce. Perfect for a casual meal or appetizer, these sliders are deliciously satisfying!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for topping

For the Dill Greek Yogurt:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Make the Lamb Patties:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Form the Patties:
Shape the lamb mixture into small, slider-sized patties, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Cook the Lamb Sliders:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb sliders for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through to your desired doneness.
  • Prepare the Dill Greek Yogurt:
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Assemble the Sliders:
Place the cooked lamb patties on slider buns. Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion, and spoon a generous amount of the dill Greek yogurt sauce on top.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the lamb sliders immediately with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add more or less garlic, onion, and feta to suit your flavor preferences.
  • To make the sliders even more special, you can grill the buns lightly before assembling.
