Description

This creamy, tangy pub sauce is the perfect dipping sauce or spread for all your favorite pub-style foods. With a touch of sweetness from brown sugar and a savory kick from Worcestershire sauce and spices, it’s a versatile addition to fries, burgers, wings, and grilled meats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve as a dip or spread for fries, burgers, chicken wings, or grilled meats.

Notes

  • This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
