Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth and dough-like.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the dough balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt your choice of chocolate (dark or milk) in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Refrigerate again for 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
