Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth and dough-like.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the dough balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt your choice of chocolate (dark or milk) in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Refrigerate again for 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
