These soft, chewy cookies are a chocolate lover’s dream! Packed with rich cocoa flavor, gooey marshmallows, and melty chocolate chips, these cookies are perfect for any occasion. The irresistible combination of flavors makes each bite a delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

 


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder; gradually mix into the creamed mixture.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them and let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
  • If you prefer larger cookies, scoop more dough per cookie. Adjust baking time accordingly.
  • You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
