- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder; gradually mix into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them and let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
- If you prefer larger cookies, scoop more dough per cookie. Adjust baking time accordingly.
- You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
