Description
These irresistible chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters combine the sweetness of fresh strawberries with creamy Greek yogurt and rich semi-sweet chocolate. A perfect treat for a healthier dessert or snack!

- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into small clusters (about a tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the clusters are firm and set.
- Once set, remove from the freezer and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate chips with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
