Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into small clusters (about a tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the clusters are firm and set.
  • Once set, remove from the freezer and enjoy!
