Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the coconut butter and coconut sugar.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the salt and shredded coconut.
- Scoop out dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
