- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the sugar and corn syrup.
- Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Stir in peanuts.
- Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Stir in butter and vanilla; microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy.
- Pour onto a greased baking sheet and spread out to cool.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
