Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the sugar and corn syrup.
  • Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  • Stir in peanuts.
  • Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.
  • Stir in butter and vanilla; microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy.
  • Pour onto a greased baking sheet and spread out to cool.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy!
