Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sriracha sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes).
  • While the ramen is cooking, slice the boiled eggs in half and prepare the mushrooms and green onions.
  • Once the ramen is cooked, divide the noodles into bowls.
  • Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
  • Top with sliced mushrooms, boiled egg halves, and chopped green onion.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of miso paste or a splash of fish sauce to the broth.
