- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sriracha sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes).
- While the ramen is cooking, slice the boiled eggs in half and prepare the mushrooms and green onions.
- Once the ramen is cooked, divide the noodles into bowls.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
- Top with sliced mushrooms, boiled egg halves, and chopped green onion.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
